It was the officers of the Ariano Irpino Police Station who notified the measure of the ban on approaching the injured party and the places she usually frequents with the obligation to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters, with the application of an electronic bracelet and with the prescription not to communicate with her and not to even approach her sister.
The investigations began following a complaint filed by the victim's maternal grandmother, as a result of her granddaughter's accounts of touching, kissing and groping her private parts by her father on occasions when she stayed at his house, as her parents were separated.
Further evidence was then gathered from the acquisition of the minor's chats with a friend and with her father, who apologized for having disappointed her and dedicated love messages to her, as well as from the investigations into the owners of the accounts involved in the chats.
