This is an 18-year-old (he will turn 19 in a few months) who was taken to prison on charges of assaulting a healthcare professional and resisting a public official.
Last night, three nurses on duty at the emergency room were slapped, kicked and punched by a young man who arrived in an altered state and with anxiety problems.
The boy, after being recorded, began, without any reason, to rant against the nurses, hitting them. The intervention of the carabinieri was necessary, who identified and arrested the aggressor.
Last Wednesday, in the Policlinico Foggia, several doctors from the Thoracic Surgery team were attacked by fifty people, including relatives and friends, of a 23-year-old girl who had died shortly before during surgery.
Doctors and nurses were forced to barricade themselves in a hospital room to escape the fury of the attackers. The video went viral on social media.
