Aurelio Taglialatela defended himself, he tried to explain that during the night between Saturday and Sunday he did not want to run over the scooter on which Corrado Finale and his friend were travelling.

The young man, accompanied by his lawyers Luigi Poziello and Alfonso Vozza, appeared this morning before the investigating judge of the Court of Naples for the preliminary hearing which took place in prison.

Aurelio Taglialatela, nephew of the boss Castrese Palumbo, known as 'o Svitapierno, is accused of voluntary homicide (that of the 19 year old Corrado Finale) and attempted murder (that of UG) who is the sister's boyfriend.

And it is precisely because of the disagreements with the latter that the investment that caused the death of Corrado Finale matured. He is in fact the boyfriend of Taglialatela's sister. A relationship not approved precisely by the young man who is in prison.
