The Carabinieri of the Benevento company carried out an anti-drug check in a secondary school in the city, with the help of Luna, a Belgian Malinois shepherd from the Carabinieri Unit of Sarno.
The operation was carried out in collaboration with the school principal and involved both the school and the surrounding areas.
At the end of the checks, a minor was reported for possession of a switchblade, hidden in his backpack.
Four other students, also minors, were reported to the prefect for personal use of narcotic substances: four joints of hashish and a further 2 grams of the same drug were found.
During the inspection, another 2 grams of hashish were also seized, the owner of which has not been identified.
