Giorgio Attanasio returns to present his first novel “Due Minuti d'inferno” published by the Roman publishing house La Bussola. The event will be held on Saturday 14 September at 18 pm at the Spazio Strega in the Museum of the Historic Establishment of the Strega Alberti brand in Benevento.
Giorgio Attanasio: A Journey Between Consulting and Writing
Originally from Naples, Giorgio Attanasio has lived and worked in San Giorgio del Sannio for over twenty years. After several years of dedication to business consultancy in the agri-food sector, Attanasio decided to return to writing, a passion he had cultivated for a long time. His novel “Due minuti d'inferno” marks his debut in the thriller genre, mixing reality, dreams and mysticism in a fast-paced narrative.
Plot of "Two Minutes of Hell"
The novel follows the adventures of Marco, a brilliant journalist and “debunker” from Rome, known for his opposition to magicians, magic and esotericism. During a participation in a radio talk show in a small Tuscan village, Marco finds himself discussing diabolical possession. The situation degenerates when a caller during the broadcast claims to have been deceived by Satan and curses Marco, causing a series of disturbing events.

After the woman's intervention, Marco leaves the radio station but is quickly involved in an accident in a violent storm. He wakes up the next day in an isolated farmhouse, where he begins a forced cohabitation with the Corsini family. This period will be marked by anguish, nightmares and daydreams that will lead Marco to discover terrible and unexpected truths.

The ending of the book is described as devastating, tying all the events together in a climax that will reveal the true extent of the curse cast on Marco's life.
Dialogue with the Author and Institutional Greetings
During the presentation, the author will talk with Professor Maria Cristina Donnarumma, involved in the Strega Prize as a member of the “Amici della domenica” group, which reports worthy works. The introductory greetings will be by the President of Strega Alberti Benevento SPA, Giuseppe D'Avino.
