In recent days, in fact, the Supervisory Magistrate of Milan, in acceptance of the specific request of the defense promoted by the lawyer Mario Terracciano, of the Nola court, ordered the suspension of the sentence with house arrest in Pavia, at the home of a nephew.
The elder boss he is serving a definitive life sentence without parole, and has been detained continuously since 1999, most of which under the 41 bis regime.
The order follows the acceptance of previous requests for a release from prison, always obtained by the same lawyer during an appeal before the Surveillance Court of Milan, against the rejection of the Surveillance Magistrate at the same court.
