On October 1st, Parco Verde in Caivano, in the province of Naples, will become the stage for the Match of Equality and Respect, an initiative that goes far beyond a simple sporting event. From 10.30:13 a.m. to XNUMX p.m., on the recently regenerated sports fields thanks to the "Necessary Beauty" project, a symbolic match will be held in support of the local community, long scarred by degradation and violence.
The initiative is not presented as a one-off intervention, but rather as part of a broader and more coherent plan developed in collaboration with the local third sector, with the aim of raising awareness among institutions of the need for ongoing interventions. The central themes of the event will be legality, gender equality, inclusion, and urban regeneration, aiming to foster constructive dialogue between institutions and communities, through co-programming and co-design with local social organizations.
Among the promoters of the match there are important national associations, including Amnesty International Italy, I will use it, AIC - Italian Footballers' Association, Assist - National Athletes Association, Sport4society e Uisp, with the patronage of FNSI.
