Last evening, officers from the San Giovanni-Barra Police Station, during a territorial control operation, noticed a car with two people inside driving along Corso San Giovanni.
The driver, after stopping the vehicle near a building, entered the building with a suspicious attitude and then exited and continued driving in the direction of Portici.
Suspicious of the man's behavior, the police immediately ordered him to stop, but the driver accelerated in an attempt to escape control.
During his escape, he got rid of a bag containing 5 packages of marijuana, for a total weight of about 300 grams, which was promptly recovered by the officers. Despite the difficulties, the police managed to stop the car in via Alveo Artificiale.
