Casavatore, theft at Glamour bar foiled

Casavatore. Theft at the Glamour bar prevented thanks to private security on a patrol around the city.

It happened the other night at 04,50 when a patrol of the Europolice armed surveillance institute of Avellino, operating in the Casavatore area, was on duty for the institute's service for the prevention of crimes: in particular burglaries in shops.

The patrol came across a group of four people, on board dark-colored station wagons, with their faces covered, while they were trying to open the shutter of the Glamour Bar located in Parco delle Acacie, which had already been the subject of a previous theft in April.

Thanks to the constant presence on the territory, during the night hours, of the Institute's patrols that for the occasion of the frequent thefts had reinforced the service, it was possible to put the bandits to flight. On site in addition to the institute's patrol also the 112.

And now the hunt for the bandits is on. In the meantime, the carabinieri have viewed the video surveillance images of the area.
