Caserta, Mayor Marino Appoints Anna Papa as New Councilor

Mayor Carlo Marino has appointed a new Councilor: Anna Papa, Full Professor at the University “Parthenope” of Napoli, where he teaches “Public Law Institutions” and “Information, Communication and Information Technology Law”.

Also at the “Parthenope” University, Professor Papa, who will take office on Monday 9 September, is President of the School of Economics and Law.

Previously, at his own university, he held the role of Vice-Rector for Legal and Institutional Affairs.

The Mayor has assigned the following responsibilities to the new councilor: Assets; In-house providing and participating companies; Municipal Regulations – Privacy compliance and accountability;

Governance and innovation of public administration – Reorganization of offices and services – Quality and efficiency of administrative processes; Relations with the trade union and employer world; Public information and institutional communication

; Legal affairs and institutional relations of the Authority; Smart city & community; Green reforms – Energy transition and environmental sustainability.

As a Caserta native, I am very attached to my city and I feel the duty to contribute to the growth and development of the community, through my work in the Council".
