Tuesday 17 September, at 19pm, in via Nazario Sauro, Napoli will welcome the fifteenth restaurant of Flavio Briatore's Crazy Pizza chain, already the subject of discussion due to the controversial Margherita offered at 17 euros.

The entrepreneur, famous for his provocations, did not fail to stir up discussion, declaring: "There is the Neapolitan pizza, high with the cord around it, and then there is ours, thin. I don't like the high one, it looks like chewing gum."

Outside the restaurant, Vesuvius and Castel dell'Ovo overlook, but inside there will be the world of Flavio Briatore. The restaurant, which joins those already present from Milan to Kuwait City, passing through London and Qatar, will offer a luxurious atmosphere in line with the Billionaire brand.

The entrance will be adorned with a cascade of colorful flowers, in perfect French Riviera garden style, while inside elegance and attention to detail prevail, with colors designed to offer a relaxing and pleasant experience.

The entrepreneur promises a show that reflects his success in the entertainment world, combined with the prestige of his holding company Majestas, which gathers local partners in each of its locations.

In Naples, Briatore will be joined by Raffaele Iervolino, brother of Danilo, owner of Salernitana, and restaurateur Lucio Giordano. The restaurant on Via Nazario Sauro will be furnished with retro-style sofas and chairs, enriched by photographs of celebrities enjoying pizza, from Monica Vitti to Formula 1 driver Alonso, to American actress Sarah Jessica Parker, thus paying homage to fans of 'Sex and the City'.

Not just pizza, but also a menu that ranges among the excellences of Italian cuisine, with prices that reach 69 euros for a pizza with truffles and other exclusive ingredients.

The opening of the restaurant has sparked mixed reactions, dividing traditionalists, who see Briatore's project as a "sacrilege" to Neapolitan tradition, and the curious, ready to queue to see the "spinning pizza show" promised on the restaurant's website.

In the meantime, Briatore does not stop provoking. After the controversy with Gino Sorbillo, in a radio interview on 'La Zanzara', he launched yet another barb: "There is the 2-centimeter-thick pizza like the Neapolitan one, with that cord around it, and the thin one like ours. I don't like the thick one, it feels like chewing gum".

This is just a “taste” of what will happen during the inauguration, when Briatore will welcome guests on his terrace overlooking Vesuvius, to which he has dedicated one of his pizzas, with buffalo mozzarella and Piennolo tomatoes, grown right on the slopes of the volcano.
