Yesterday, officers from the Torre Annunziata Police Station discovered and seized two illicitly-obtained rifles in a dilapidated building located on Via d'Alagno, known as the “Palazzo dei Contrabbandieri”.
Investigations continue on one of the rifles, which has particular characteristics and will be subjected to all the necessary analyses and technical checks to determine whether it was used in the recent criminal episodes that occurred in Torre Annunziata.
In the same stable six years ago in September, the police found in a gym bag a reproduction of a Beretta pistol of the type used by law enforcement, complete with a Bruni brand magazine, a black sabre, 534 hunting rifle cartridges of various calibres and six cartridge belts.
Furthermore, in three cellophane bags, various items of clothing were found, such as sweatshirts and tracksuit trousers, mostly black or dark, a hood and a Mephisto-style balaclava.
Inside another building the agents found 165 marijuana plants, 16 kg of Indian hemp in a bag, 4 kg of Indian hemp already bagged in XNUMX kg packages and ready for sale.
And also two other bags containing 275 and 270 grams of substance respectively and a fan used to dry the narcotic substance.
