As part of the "Summer in Naples 2024" program organized by the City of Naples, on Sunday, September 15th, at 9:00 PM, the courtyard of Castel Nuovo – Maschio Angioino will resound with the classic melodies of Neapolitan tradition. The event will be an unmissable journey into the origins of Neapolitan song, performed by the expert voice of international artist Gennaro Pisapia and the talented Quartetto Smeraldo.

What better setting than the Maschio Angioino to immerse yourself in an authentic musical adventure, narrated and sung by Pisapia? Surrounded by the historic walls of the castle, spectators will live a unique experience. Accompanied by musicians of the highest caliber, such as Michele Cordova on guitar, Alessandro Pignalosa on mandolin, Francopaolo Perreca on clarinet, sax and percussion, and Mario Carannante on bass and cello, Pisapia will reveal to the spectator a true and authentic Naples.
