### Fabio Mercuri: New Single “Travolti da un attimo destino (come si fa?)” Released on Radio
From Friday 27 September, “Travolti da un strano destino (come si fa?)”, the new single by singer-songwriter Fabio Mercuri, will be available on the radio. The song tells a daily story made of choices and memories, that each person can recognize as their own, with its complexities and infinite variables.
The new single and the video clip
Fabio Mercuri describes his new song as follows: “Travolti da un attimo destiny tells a little story built day after day, choice after choice. A story that could be that of each of us with its infinite variables and its complexities. It would be wonderful to keep only the beautiful memories and keep only the enchantment for ourselves, but how can we do it?”. The single is accompanied by a video directed by director Lorenzo Bassano, in which two lives, united by their passion for space, seem to realize their dream of meeting on the same planet in an imaginary time and space.

Fabio Mercuri's career
Fabio Mercuri's musical career began in Puglia, then continued in Rome, where he founded the experimental musical collective Banlieue, active for three years. During this period, Mercuri enriched his musical education thanks to numerous collaborations. In 2002, having moved to Milan, he participated in the creation of soundtracks and theatrical performances, collaborating as a guitarist with artists of the caliber of Francesco Tricarico and Mauro Ermanno Giovanardi.
Previous publications
In March 2009, Fabio Mercuri released his first album “Di tutto quello che c'è” (Novunque), followed by the EP “La voce della tartaruga” (GraceOrange) in 2012. Both works were accompanied by long tours throughout Italy, characterized by the use of a loop station and a series of unusual instruments.
Future projects
In 2016, Mercuri published the album “Progetti per il futuro” with Adesiva discografica. The single “Travolti da un attimo destiny (come si fa?)” released in September 2024, represents the last stage of an artistic path constantly evolving and aimed at experimentation.
