This morning, financial officers from the Frattamaggiore group and the Guardia di Finanza judicial police unit, acting on orders from the Naples North Prosecutor's Office, executed a precautionary seizure order aimed at confiscating €177.158 from an Afragola entrepreneur active in the online slot machine gaming sector.
The woman, employed as a sub-concessionaire for the Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies (AAMS), was convicted by the first criminal section of the Court of Naples North for the crime of embezzlement. Between February and June 2016, the entrepreneur allegedly misappropriated 177.158,13 euros, a sum deriving from the Single Revenue Levy (Preu) and taxation on winnings, which she had access to by virtue of her position.
