Yesterday, late in the morning, the officers of the Police Station Pompei They stopped two eighteen-year-olds, one resident of Pompeii and the other of Boscoreale, during a control operation.
Both were found in possession of a significant sum of money, raising suspicions of ongoing illicit dealings.
Following this, the police decided to extend the search to their homes. In the young man's apartment from Pompeii, they found approximately 82 grams of marijuana and 10 blocks of hashish, weighing approximately 1 kg in total.
In the home of the young man from Boscoreale, thanks also to the assistance of a canine unit, a block of hashish weighing approximately 76 grams, five bags containing a total of 5 grams of marijuana, and drug packaging materials were found.
The two young men were arrested on charges of illegal possession of narcotics.
