At the investigators' behest, plainclothes finance officers from the Avellino Provincial Command acquired a substantial amount of documentation on tenders awarded by the administration led by former mayor Gianluca Festa from the office of the current director of the Area Planning Scheme, Rodolfo De Rosa, who is not under investigation.
