Naples. From Ponticelli to the Riviera di Chiaia to steal scooters but the two expert and well-known thieves ran into the carabinieri controls.
Giuseppe Frezzetti and Ciro Gallia, 34 years old the first, 21 the second, ended up in handcuffs. The arrests were carried out this night by the Carabinieri of the Naples Chiaia station.
