Illicit dumping of waste is becoming more and more frequent waste that take place on the streets of Naples.
In Via Foria someone seems to have confused the concept of hygiene and cleanliness and has abandoned a bathtub next to the bins for unsorted waste collection which, among other things, keeps company with worn clothes thrown on the floor, oil cans and many other waste hidden in black bags.
It was a citizen who documented the situation and reported it to the deputy of the Green-Left alliance Francesco Emilio Borrelli.

“We have asked for the intervention of Asia to free the area from this waste dump but also that of the Environmental Police who will have to identify and punish those responsible for this outrage.
Too many uncivilized people, too many crafty and dishonest people think they can turn the streets into pigsties, dumps and garbage dumps to do their dirty work and then get away with it. We need to change the cards on the table and play harder and more effectively. More video cameras, more controls and more severe penalties.”- these are the words of Borrelli.
