Four "Daspo Willy" orders have been issued by the State Police against four foreign minors, guests of a reception community in Caserta.
These measures, introduced after the murder of young Willy Monteiro Duarte, were adopted following investigations by the Flying Squad, which identified the young men as responsible for an attack that took place on August 24 outside the Caserta train station.
The incident, which sparked widespread outcry and outrage among residents, involved minors attacking a single person at a bus stop, using glass bottles and wooden clubs.
The identification of the four young men was also possible thanks to the investigations carried out by the Anti-Crime Division of the Caserta Police Headquarters, which analyzed the numerous videos shared on social networks.
Following a rapid investigation, Caserta Police Chief Andrea Grassi issued four "Daspo" orders, banning minors from accessing Caserta's city center during nightlife events and the areas surrounding the train station for one year.
