The number of public employees hired on a permanent basis by the Municipality of Pomigliano d'Arco, since the administration led by Mayor Raffaele Russo took office, following up on the competitive exams held in recent months. Yesterday, another 14 young new hires were welcomed to City Hall by Mayor Raffaele Russo and the Personnel Councilor, Marianna Manna. "We have reversed the trend of recent years," emphasized Councilor Manna, "and our goal for the future is to maintain a stable workforce, avoiding falling below the critical thresholds of the past.

The municipal system will be increasingly faster and more efficient, able to operate at full capacity for the benefit of the citizens. Furthermore, thanks to new hires, the average age of municipal workers has also decreased.

The areas most strengthened by the new hires are the Technical Office and the Local Police. Mayor Raffaele Russo expressed great satisfaction with the renewed working atmosphere: "I'm truly pleased," he said, "to perceive such great enthusiasm and serenity among the new employees.

This attitude, combined with the skills and professionalism present in the Municipality, allows us to face daily problems and future challenges with determination."
