“There is an escalation of violence and crime without end. Now the criminals are no longer afraid of anything. They commit thefts and robberies at any time of the day, convinced that they will get away with it. There is a sense of widespread impunity that makes these individuals believe they can do whatever they want.
It cannot and must not be this way. Through the images we can trace the perpetrators of these robberies. Those who think they can transform our cities into a wild west without rules will have to deal with the law. We need certain and severe penalties if we really want to stop this vortex of crime that is sinking our Naples”.
These are the words of Francesco Emilio Borrelli, MP for the Green Left Alliance, commenting on the video complaints sent by citizens.
