First free day of autumn. Sunday 6 October the Royal Palace of Caserta adheres to the initiative of the Ministry of Culture which provides free admission to state museums and archaeological parks on the first Sunday of each month.
The Royal Apartments and the Royal Park are open. The Court Theatre, the English Garden and the Grand Gallery with temporary exhibitions are closed.
“To facilitate the ticket collection procedures and reduce the queue in Piazza Carlo di Borbone – explains the Museum – a portion of the tickets will be distributed online on the TicketOne platform, from 11 am on Monday 30 September, until sold out.
The maximum number that each account can withdraw is 5 (anti-touting measure). Another quota of tickets will be available on site, at the ticket office in Piazza Carlo di Borbone, starting from 8.30:6 on October XNUMX, until the end of availability.
All visitors, including children aged 2 and over, must have an admission ticket. Tickets have a time slot for access from outside the Monument.
It is not possible to enter before or after this time, not even to the Royal Park alone. The visitor, already in possession of the ticket, must go to the central gate in Piazza Carlo di Borbone or to the one in Corso Giannone at the time indicated on his ticket. In order not to create inconvenience, it is advisable not to wait in front of the gates beforehand.
ReggiaCard subscribers, who do not need to book, are asked to enter from the gate on Corso Giannone. At the entrance, the barcode of the admission ticket must be shown, in paper format or from your smartphone.
It is not permitted to re-enter the Vanvitellian Complex once you have exited. The ticket is, in fact, cancelled. Two separate lines will be created in Piazza Carlo di Borbone: one for holders of the “Park Only” ticket, the other for those with the “Park+Apartments” ticket.
Holders of the Park+Apartments ticket must first visit the Apartments and then the Park during the access time slots between 8.30 am and 13.00 pm.
