The investigations of the Carabinieri will shed light on what happened on the construction site of the Cogea Impresit company, engaged in safety works against the risk of hydrogeological damage in Spiano, a hamlet of Mercato San Severino, in the Salerno area.
The accident was reported to the authorities by the company itself, whose owner, Nicola Aulisio, is also vice president of Ance Campania.

"The damage done last night to several vehicles belonging to the Cogea Impresit company, which was engaged in hydrogeological safety work in Spiano, is a vile and cowardly act that we firmly condemn, expressing our solidarity with the owners," said Antonio Somma, mayor of Mercato San Severino.
For the mayor, "attacking businesses that, with courage and determination, operate daily in the local area, with sacrifice and moral responsibility to ensure continuity of employment for employees and their families, is a despicable act that will be prosecuted according to the findings of law enforcement investigations."
Somma concluded by expressing his confidence in the work of the Carabinieri, hoping that the perpetrators of this act will be identified soon, and reiterating his solidarity with the affected company.
