A historic development is coming to Southern Italy, with the opening of the first training center for hazardous work in Salerno. The new Scait headquarters in Mercato San Severino (SA) will be operational, welcoming companies on Thursday, September 12th. This project was born from the vision of Antonio Ianniello, founder of Scait, a company specializing in workplace safety.

The Inaugural Demonstration Course
To celebrate the opening of the center, a demonstration course has been organized to be held at 15pm, before the opening event at 19pm. This course is designed to revolutionize safety education and training in the workplace and will be free to safety professionals who share the vision of a safer workplace.

The training center will cover crucial topics such as working at heights, rope access, confined spaces, fire simulations and first aid techniques. Thanks to a team of experts, participants will be able to learn in a realistic and protected context, replicating simulated scenarios and environments. The primary objective is to spread a culture of safety and develop technical and behavioral skills in the workplace.
A Personal Challenge: The Birth of Scait
The birth of Scait is deeply linked to Antonio Ianniello's personal experience. In 2008, as a consultant, he witnessed a serious accident at work caused by a lack of adequate training. This event marked a turning point that pushed him to create Scait, a place where workers can learn to protect themselves and their colleagues in dangerous situations.
