In Qualiano, the Carabinieri have just concluded a wide-ranging control operation inside the Roma camp located in via Circonvallazione interna 114.
During the operation, the data on residents were updated and the presence of piles of waste and vehicles was verified.
30 people have been identified, including 9 minors of school age. For the latter, verification procedures will be initiated to ensure compliance with compulsory schooling, in collaboration with the competent regional office.
They were 10 vehicles seized: one for fictitious registration, subjected to criminal seizure, and nine for lack of insurance coverage, administratively seized.
Finally, the presence of a large quantity of textile and solid urban waste was detected, reported to the environmental office of the Municipality of Qualiano for their removal.
