In Campania, which is experiencing severe weather, a waterspout formed this afternoon off the port of Ischia, visible from Casamicciola and the higher areas on the northern side of the island.
The vortex crossed the sea for a short stretch without causing any damage, considering that due to the adverse weather conditions since this morning there have been no pleasure boats sailing and almost all ship and hydrofoil connections have been cancelled.
