Arzano. Sober and thoughtful commemoration of the deceased. A series of events organized by the Cemetery Consortium led by Director Terracciano who, on the input of the Consortium Board, President Luigi Pappadia and the Assembly of Mayors, has allowed for the planning and setting up of a series of events aimed at welcoming the thousands of visitors who will go to the cemetery on Via Porziano to visit their loved ones.
The cemetery will remain open every day with continuous hours from 8 am to 17 pm until November 3, while the presence of staff to provide information and assistance to visitors has been strengthened. The budget, despite the large amount of influx that there will be at the consortium cemetery arzano, Casoria and Casavatore are very respectable.
The local police of the municipality of Arzano will take care of the traffic plan, coordinated by commander Biagio Chiariello. Among the significant events are the mass of November 1st with the celebrations of the chaplain Elpidio Moccia, and that of November 2nd with the Holy Mass officiated by Monsignor Lucio Lemmo Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of Naples animated with the songs of the Sacramentine Sisters of Casoria, which will be attended by the Military and Civil Authorities, as well as the Mayors of the three Consortium Municipalities Raffaele Bene, Cinzia Aruta and Lugi Maglione.
Among the measures in force is the strengthening of the internal surveillance service entrusted to the civil protection which, when necessary, has activated the shuttle service for the movement of disabled people. Movements that could hardly be carried out with one's own means, given the amount of people who are already crowding the Holy place.
On the safety and rescue side, a medicalized ambulance of the Italian Red Cross of the Naples North Committee was activated. “This year we intended to bring peace, silence and meditation to a place that represents the memory of all of us – explains director Terracciano – who also sends a special applause to all the workers involved in the cleaning and decorum of the Holy place.
Finally - says director Terracciano - "we must not forget the great human commitment and active collaboration of the cemetery workers - Giuseppe and colleagues who with selflessness and spirit of service ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the Cemetery". In short, a perfect organizational machine driven by the generous intentions of its members at the service of citizens and cemetery users so that everything happens as on a normal weekday.
