On Saturday, October 19, an exclusive event will be held at the Mtatsminda Palace in Tbilisi, Georgia, for the presentation of the Di Meo 2025 Calendar. This calendar, highly sought-after by collectors, is produced in a limited edition of 5000 copies by the "Di Meo vini ad arte" Association and is sponsored by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with the support of the Georgian Chanting Foundation, thus reaching its twenty-third edition.

Naples meets Tbilisi

This year's calendar theme is "Naples meets Tbilisi under the sign of the Siren and the Panther," highlighting the cultural ties between the two cities. Massimo Listri's images will offer a visual narrative of Tbilisi, recognized as a symbol of art, culture, and dialogue between peoples. Generoso di Meo, president of the association, emphasizes how Tbilisi has been a "melting pot of the most diverse civilizations between East and West" since the 5th century.

Stories and Symbols of Two United Cities

The calendar isn't limited to photographs alone; it includes texts and essays exploring the ties between Naples and Tbilisi. It discusses shared traditions, such as a passion for football and the art of leavened pastries, as well as common structures like the funicular, and the 41st parallel that unites them geographically. Furthermore, the ancient connection in the culture of the language is highlighted, evidenced by the first chair of Georgian Language and Literature in Europe, established in Naples. Among this year's innovative projects, the calendar will be distributed to 500 lucky people who request it via email. info@dimeoviniadarte.itThe first 100 copies will even be autographed by Massimo Listri and will be reserved for new members of the Di Meo Vini ad Arte Association.
