Cava de' Tirreni. The Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Salerno seized 15 hemp plants in inflorescence, 2.000 cannabis seeds and almost 400 grams of dried marijuana.
The operation started from an investigation conducted by the yellow flames of the Cava de' Tirreni Company, who acted in the Metelliano centre by searching the home of an individual where a plantation of hemp Indian.
During the search, a crop was found on the terrace, along with seeds to start a new production and approximately 336 grams of dried marijuana. The person responsible, a man with no criminal record from Cava de' Tirreni, was arrested.
The Court of Nocera Inferiore, at the request of the prosecutor directed by Antonio Centore, validated the arrest with a direct trial, imposing an agreed sentence of two years of imprisonment and a fine of 6.000 euros, suspended with probation.
