Detainees Secondigliano prison – About ten detainees of the Secondigliano prison will visit the Donnaregina Diocesan Museum, located in the historic church of Santa Maria Donnaregina Nuova, on Saturday 26 October. The initiative was made possible thanks to the approval of the Surveillance Court, which accepted the proposal of the guarantor of the prisoners of the Campania, Samuele Ciambriello.
The Diocesan Museum, known for its social commitment, continues its path of integration and inclusion. “The Diocesan Museum of Donnaregina continues its path of giving centrality to social activities and does so through the diffusion of beauty and culture, offering its contribution to the world of prisoners”, reads a note.
The initiative represents an important opportunity for redemption and social reintegration, demonstrating how culture can become a bridge towards change. For the participating inmates, this experience is not only an opportunity to compare with the historical and artistic heritage of Napoli, but also a moment of reflection and personal growth.
