Benevento. Another acquittal for the well-known multiple offender Hector Cuozzo, accused of tax evasion. This was decided by the Court of Appeal of Napoli, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci.
Ettore Cuozzo, 36 years old Rotondi in the first instance, the Court of Avellino had sentenced Cuozzo to 1 year and 2 months of imprisonment. It will be remembered that Cuozzo was arrested in flagrante delicto while escaping from house arrest in Cervinara.
Today, the Court of Appeal of Naples overturned the first-instance verdict, acquitting Cuozzo. Assisted by lawyer Vittorio Fucci, Cuozzo has recently obtained a series of acquittals for various crimes, including extortion, possession of explosive devices, threats and serious injuries.
