Rapallo – Francesco Flachi, former striker of Sampdoria and Fiorentina, suffered a heart attack in the last few hours while he was in his home in Rapallo. Immediately rescued, he was rushed to the hospital in Lavagna, where he is currently hospitalized.
The PSM confirms this Rapallo, a Promozione team in which Flachi currently holds the role of coach. Despite the serious episode, the former footballer wanted to reassure his supporters through a message published on social media. “Thank you all for the many messages – he wrote accompanying the words with a photo taken from the hospital bed – I'm fine, I'm already on my feet."
Flachi's message immediately reassured the many fans worried about his condition, who in the last few hours had filled social media with wishes for a speedy recovery. Fortunately, the situation seems to have stabilized and the former striker has shown his usual fighting spirit.
