Naples. Moments of tension this afternoon in the offices of the Justice of the Peace in via della Vila Romana in Barra where a judge was attacked in a hearing for a false document. He suffered a sprain to a finger during a man's attempt to make it disappear.
The man had in fact handed the judge a false identification document, but the magistrate noticed it and, in an attempt to make the evidence disappear, attempted to snatch it from the man's hand, causing him to twist a finger.
The magistrate, a 61-year-old woman, was forced to suspend the hearing: after having gone to have her sprain treated (the doctors at the emergency room of theSea hospital they judged him curable in ten days), she went to the nearby police station to report the attack.
The man now faces two charges, not only for forgery but also assault and personal injury.

Really unpleasant situation, let's hope that justice takes its course.
