Tradition and innovation meet
The laboratory aims to be a hotbed of ideas and projects that will be transformed into theatrical performances. Art, music and theatre, since ancient times, have been privileged vehicles for the transmission of customs and traditions, contributing to the formation of the cultural identity of populations and places. Naples, with its musical and theatrical heritage, occupies a prominent position internationally, although it lacks a permanent place dedicated to the continuous diffusion of its cultural traditions.
A new show for the city
The IAV Cultural Association aims to fill this gap with a permanent show entitled “Naples…paradise for demons, women and passions”. The performance intends to evoke the masks, places and stories that have made the history of the city, making it immortal. The workshop involves artists of various experience, who work alongside established professionals, to offer the public a one-of-a-kind experience. Intended for citizens, tourists and visiting cruise passengers, this place intends to become a point of reference for those who wish to immerse themselves in the rich Neapolitan artistic tradition.
