After days of rain and strong winds, today we will be able to enjoy a brief respite from the bad weather, with the sun timidly returning to make its way through the clouds. However, the break will be short-lived. According to Lorenzo Tedici, meteorologist for iLMeteo.it, starting tomorrow a new disturbance will hit the Center-North, bringing heavy rain and strong winds. This wave of bad weather is linked to a former hurricane currently in transit between France and Germany, which will cause a significant worsening of the weather conditions.
Tedici explains that starting from tomorrow morning the most affected regions will be Liguria and Lombardy, where heavy rains are expected. During the afternoon, the bad weather will extend towards the Triveneto and the Tyrrhenian coast, affecting Tuscany and up to Campania. In addition to the rain, the winds will be the real protagonists: strong gusts of Libeccio will blow on the western sector, while on the Adriatic a Sirocco is expected that will make the seas very rough.

These southerly winds will also bring an abnormally high temperature, especially in the south. In Sicily, highs of up to 34°C are expected, while in Puglia, highs will exceed 30°C. Even in central regions such as Marche and Abruzzo, temperatures will be unusually high for the period, with values around 28°C.
Over the weekend, however, the weather conditions will undergo an unexpected change. From Friday, although the sky will remain cloudy in some areas of the Northeast, Toscana And parts of the South, a marked improvement is expected on Saturday thanks to the return of the African anticyclone. The sun will shine across much of the country, and temperatures will rise again even in central and northern Italy, ensuring a weekend of stable and milder weather.
