Naples – The alarm was immediately raised at the operations center when the electronic bracelet assigned to a 49-year-old Neapolitan was detected on a street in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood, a place where it should not have been. The man, in fact, was subject to a restrictive measure.
The measure was issued by the court for the mistreatment inflicted on his ex-wife, which prohibited him from approaching her. The device was set to monitor any possible attempt of violation and immediately activate the intervention of the police.
The 49-year-old did not have time to reach the building where his ex lives: the Carabinieri of the mobile radio unit of Napoli They intervened promptly, blocking him and arresting the man before he could further violate the order. He will now have to answer for failure to comply with the prohibition to approach and is in prison, awaiting trial.
