Naples. During administrative checks in the Piscinola area, the Scampia Local Police unit fined a grocery store for operating without a municipal or health permit. The store had illegally installed an awning and occupied public land in front of its business.
The officers issued fines for over 9.000 euros and informed the competent authorities for subsequent measures. Fuorigrotta, the agents of the Territorial Operations Unit fined three commercial activities for illegal occupation of public land and one for lack of administrative authorization.
Furthermore, the Environmental Operations Unit staff carried out commercial checks in via Casanova and piazza Nicola Amore, resulting in 4 reports for failure to separate waste and occupation of public land.
Finally, the Stella Unit staff issued 5 reports for occupation of public land and for exposing water bottles to atmospheric agents.
