Naples. He's one of those people known in slang as "with a marked criminal capacity." The 16-year-old child killer from Pianura who mercilessly murdered 18-year-old Gennaro Ramondino on August 31st was already in prison for his involvement in an attempted murder with child boss Massimiliano Santagata.
The 16-year-old is a “made criminal” despite his young age. Determined, cold, decisive and always ready and skilled to use weapons. It was he who mercilessly killed their partner Genny Ramondino on the afternoon of August 31st.
They had arranged to meet him in that basement on Via Comunale in Pianura usually used as a base for packaging and selling drugs.
Three weeks earlier, the baby boss Massimiliano Santagata, head of what had defined itself, based on social media headlines, as “the new Pianura gang”, had been arrested along with two other accomplices.
The 16-year-old had managed to escape capture that would take place a few days later. The group had launched the challenge to the Cannavino clan, namely the Carillo-Perfetto, with a series of shootings and attacks.
One of these was the attempted murder of Luca Battista, along with the young boss Massimiliano Santagata. The 16-year-old had an argument with Genny Ramondino : something wasn't right in the management of the drug dealing ring.
Hand in pocket, gun in hand and two shots at the big target: Genny Ramodino falls to the ground lifeless. The group with the 16-year-old decides to get rid of that cumbersome body. They load him into the car and take him to a countryside area on the border with Marano.
They set fire to the brushwood trying to make the victim unrecognizable. But the arrival of the firefighters who put out the flames reveal the murderer. The rest is almost entirely known history.
Today the Naples Flying Squad served a precautionary order in the Nisida prison on the 16th, charging him with murder.
The internal clash at the Nuova Paranza di Pianura as the scene of the murder
Ramondino, according to what emerged from the investigations, had established relationships with Santagata, the head of a 'paranza' from the Pianura neighborhood of the city. In the previous weeks, for the murder of August 31, another adult suspect had already been arrested, considered seriously suspected of the crimes of aiding and abetting, concealing and destroying Ramondino's body and the cars used to commit the crimes.
During the investigations, the weapon used to commit the murder was also found, which, like the victim's body, had been buried in a countryside area of Pianura.

A very sad story. Let's hope justice is done.
What a sad story, youth violence is truly worrying.
