A Napoli seizure clams by the Local Police of Naples: through the personnel of the Operational Unit Secondigliano, supported by the Lawyer Operations Unit and in collaboration with the Campania Crime Prevention Department and the Veterinary Service of the ASL Napoli 1 Centro, conducted an operation in the Secondigliano neighborhood, involving via Dante, corso Italia and via Cupa Fossa del Lupo.

During the intervention, 8 violations were contested for illegal occupation of public land, as many for lack of hygiene and health requirements, as well as violations relating to food safety and waste management.
Among the most significant sanctions, we highlight the seizure and destruction of approximately 40 kg of bivalve molluscs stored in unsuitable conditions at a fish shop in Via Dante, together with the administrative seizure of 10 kg of food in a delicatessen for failure to comply with hygiene regulations.
In Corso Italia, a street vendor was fined for not having a Scia, with the consequent seizure of the goods on display.
On the same day, in the Fuorigrotta area, checks were carried out on four outdoor areas and on various occupations of public land, leading to the reporting of fifteen administrative violations.

Among the violations found, two reports were reported for building abuses and numerous reports for irregularities related to noise impacts, in particular in Via Giulio Cesare and in a parking lot on Viale Kennedy. Three construction sites were also inspected, with sanctions for displaying unauthorized advertising and other irregularities related to the management of public spaces.
The operations ended with the seizure of materials illegally displayed on the sidewalks and the prohibition of the use of a cold storage room at a butcher's shop, due to serious hygiene violations.
