Alexandrina and Other Women: A Tribute to History and Human Rights
“Alessandrina and other women on stage” by Mariella Marchetti, Slavomir Mrozek and Girolamo Marzano, with the participation of Bianca Rosa Di Ruocco. The performance offers an intense reflection on the historical figure of Alessandrina Tambasco, highlighting her participation in the Cilento riots of 1828 and transforming her into a modern symbol of the fight for freedom and human rights. On October 30, at 19.30:XNUMX p.m., enthusiasts will be able to attend an extraordinary event in the church of Stella Cilento, with the show Opera. Girolamo Marzano and tenor Francesco Formicola will lead the audience on a journey through poetry, music, painting and dance. The opera will also be performed by Mario Brancaccio, Patrizia Spinosi and Marzano himself, with a mix of masterpieces ranging from Petrarca to Merisi and from the Divine Comedy to works by Eduard.Metaphysics of Beauty: Voices from Brothels
On November 2nd at Teatro Sala Keys, Elena Arvigo will give voice to the letters of brothels in her intense Metafisica della bellezza. The work tells the stories of the women who fought for the closure of the “casini”, a tribute to the 65th anniversary of the Merlin law.
