Some Napoli fans are considering filing an appeal with the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy against the ban on the sale of tickets for the Inter-Napoli match to residents of Campania. Lawyers Erich Grimaldi and Luca Rubinacci reported the news.
The two professionals, on the occasion of Juventus-Napoli, had already obtained from the TAR of Piedmont a precautionary measure in favor of a fan against a similar ban imposed by the prefect of Turin.

Regarding the recent prohibition of the prefect of Milan, which prevents residents of Campania from attending the match at the San Siro stadium, lawyers Grimaldi and Rubinacci affirm:
The reasons given in both the CASMS opinion and the Milan Prefect's order do not appear to adequately justify the restrictive measure adopted across the board against all residents of Campania, including loyalty card holders. Having been contacted by numerous fans, we are evaluating the possibility of a new appeal to the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court.
