The new edition of the Italian Restaurant Guide 2025 of Gambero Rosso marks a significant turning point, reflecting the profound changes taking place in Italian catering. The guide, which lists 2.425 local among restaurants, trattorias, wine bars and bistros, presents 400 news and a renewed format, with new icons and graphics enriched by images of landscapes and regional dishes.
