”A delay – the mayor always explains – which slowed down the subsequent phases relating to the acquisition. In agreement with the appointed consultants, the Municipality decided to start the process anyway, taking into account that it is a sentence that has become irrevocable in any case.
In the meantime, the administrative machine has not been helpless: it has started all the necessary procedures and has also requested an evaluation of the property from the Land Registry Agency of Naples which, however, has specified in a note that it will be able to carry out an inspection only starting from December 2024.
In the meantime, the previous owners of the property, current occupants sine titulo, are regularly paying a rent of approximately 29 thousand euros per month for the occupation, calculated on the basis of the price tables established by the Real Estate Market Observatory of the Revenue Agency”.
