Naples. Massimiliano Di Caprio, known as a' capretta believed to be close to the Contini clan, has been hit again by a hard blow from the Guardia di Finanza.
In a new joint operation with the Central Service for the Investigation of Organized Crime, the Neapolitan Guardia di Finanza has carried out a preventive seizure of over 3,5 million euros, at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate.
Among the seized assets, in addition to real estate and commercial activities, are a luxury Rolex watch, a gold bar, and nearly €374 in cash.
The investigation into the former manager of the well-known pizzeria "Dal Presidente" on Via dei Tribunali has brought to light a clear disproportion between the entrepreneur's standard of living and his declared income, suggesting that the seized assets are the result of illicit activities linked to the Contini clan.
