On October 2nd in Sant'Antimo, in the province of Naples, a 30-year-old from Gricignano di Aversa fired several gunshots at the ex-husband of his current partner, wounding him in the leg. The man was charged with aggravated assault and illegal possession of a firearm.
After the shooting, the 30-year-old managed to disappear, but was later tracked down and stopped in Naples by the Carabinieri of the Sant'Antimo branch.
The Prosecutor's Office of Naples North has issued an arrest warrant for a suspect in the crime. The young man is now detained in the Poggioreale prison awaiting the hearing to validate the arrest.
