In the early hours of this morning, the State Police executed a pre-trial detention order against two men, issued by the preliminary investigations judge of the Nola Court at the request of the local prosecutor's office. The two men are seriously suspected of having committed, together with an unidentified third accomplice, an attempted aggravated robbery, as well as aggravated assault and threats.
The investigations, conducted by the agents of the Acerra Police Station under the coordination of the Nola Prosecutor's Office, have reconstructed what happened last October 4th. The two investigated They allegedly attacked and threatened a person who refused to pay a fee for parking near a health facility. The attack caused injuries that required medical assistance.
According to what has emerged, the attackers also attempted to steal some personal effects from the victim, but without success for reasons beyond their control. At the end of the ritual formalities, the two were transferred to the Naples Poggioreale District Prison.
