Naples. In the past he had already been responsible for stalking his ex-partner, which is why he had been arrested. Last October 13, however, he allegedly violently attacked his new partner, a fellow countrywoman, repeatedly hitting her with kicks and punches until she fainted and causing her serious personal injuries.
For these facts, a Sri Lankan citizen under the age of thirty was arrested by the police, pursuant to an order issued by the preliminary investigations judge of the Naples court. The man is charged with: injury serious, aggravated by trivial reasons, to the detriment of the partner.
The investigation, conducted by the Naples Flying Squad and coordinated by the 4th Section of the Prosecutor's Office, has revealed a serious and alarming evidentiary framework. The evidence collected points to strong evidence against the suspect, who had disappeared after the attack.
