Arzano. They litter the city with waste, issuing over forty fines and reporting two people. The local police return the "garbage." The results of local police checks conducted throughout the area to combat littering and waste separation have led, in just a few days, to the identification of over forty individuals.
The local police officers, led by Commander Biagio Chiariello, identified the offenders through targeted services, also by tracing them through the contents of the "bags", as well as stakeout services, waiting for the uncivilized person who, as per civic education, showed up at the "appointment" with the officers on standby who caught them red-handed.
In other cases, once the perpetrator was identified, the officers showed up at his home in via Parisi and via Silvestro and returned the “garbage” to him.
In total, forty fines were issued and two people were reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North, including one who abandoned large amounts of waste from a move in his car and then disappeared.

It's incredible how people don't respect the rules and leave waste on the streets. People should be educated more on how to manage garbage, otherwise cities become increasingly dirty. I wonder if these sanctions are really effective.
