The Carabinieri of the Volturara Irpina Forestry Unit, during targeted checks for the prevention and repression of environmental crimes, have seized a company located in a municipality of Alta Irpinia, due to the lack of the minimum requirements necessary to carry out the activity.
In particular, i militar, collaborating with colleagues from the territorially competent force, verified that a 55-year-old woman, administrator of a company specialized in the processing of reinforced plastic materials and derivatives, was operating without the necessary Single Environmental Authorization.
For this reason, the administrator was reported at large to the judicial authorities and the industrial activity was seized.
